Scholarships for Fellows

Neonatal Fellows presenting posters at the SAN conference can apply for a $1,000 scholarship through the SAN Scholarship Award. Priority is given to Fellows in the Southeast Region (Districts 4, 6, 10) or those seeking positions in the Southeast. Previous Scholarship Award recipients are not eligible for consideration.

Award winners are required to attend the conference sessions daily, be present at their posters during the required times on Friday and Saturday, attend the Welcome Reception (Thursday), Fellows Reception (Friday), and the Conference Dinner (Saturday). The conference registration fee is waived for Scholarship Award winners.

To apply for a scholarship, Fellows must submit a Poster Session Abstract and a current CV to Jenelle Ferry, MD at jenfferry@gmail.com.

The deadline for scholarship submissions is March 24, 2026. Scholarship recipients will be notified by April 3, 2025.
