Jerry Elliott Memorial Lectureship

Jerry Elliott joined Mead Johnson as a sales representative in 1963 and worked for 10 years in the Marketing department. Jerry directed Mead Johnson’s Professional Services department from 1981-1989 and 1992 until his sudden and untimely death in June 1994. Jerry had a tremendous impact in every area that he worked. He was an avid supporter of perinatal research and the careers of young neonatologists. In 1997, The Southeastern Association of Neonatologists honored Jerry Elliott by creating a memorial lectureship which is delivered at each annual meeting.
