Conference Registration Process

Register online by April 18, 2025. You will also be able to pay your SAN dues when you register for the conference online.

SAN membership is available to Neonatologists practicing in Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida or Puerto Rico. If you do not reside or work in one of the states above, please register for the conference as a non-member of SAN.

SAN Membership and Conferences are for Neonatologists (physicians) only. Guests and family are welcome to enjoy the resort and the rest of the Marco Island area.

Step 1: Register online for the conference by clicking button below.

PLEASE NOTE: Conference and dinner registrations absolutely close at midnight, May 2, 2025. Walk-in registrations and/or dinner add-ons can no longer be accommodated after that date.

Step 2: Book your hotel room after registering for the conference.

Once your online registration is complete, you will be provided a special group hotel reservation link on your registration confirmation page for the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort.

Step 3: Arrange your transportation…air and ground.

You will need to arrange your own ground transportation to the hotel in Marco Island. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers is the closest major airport. The drive from Miami (MIA) is about 2 hours. Tampa (TPA) and Sarasota (SRQ) are less than 3 hours away by car. Ground transportation can be arranged at the airports.
